摘要
以TC4钛合金为研究对象,从理论分析、试验研究和仿真分析3个不同的方面对薄壁零件铣削加工过程中的变形情况进行研究。在力学分析的基础上建立可转位立铣刀的瞬态切削力模型。在立式铣床上对该切削力模型进行试验验证。采用有限元方法分析典型薄壁零件加工表面法向上的变形情况。
        Taking TC4 titanium alloy as the research object, the deformation of thin-walled parts in milling process was studied from three different aspects: theoretical analysis, experimental research and simulation analysis. On the basis of mechanical analysis, the transient cutting force model of indexable end milling cutter was established. The cutting force model was tested on a vertical milling machine. Finite element method was used to analyze the normal upward deformation of typical thin-walled parts.
