摘要

以福建省为"两票制"实施试点为例,对"两票制"实施前后药品流通系统的现状进行分析,从而对两票制改革提出相关政策建议。
        Taking Fujian province as a pilot for the implementation of the "two-vote system" as an example,the current situation of the drug circulation system before and after the implementation of the "two-vote system" was analyzed,and relevant policy suggestions were put forward for the reform of the two-vote system.
