摘要
文章主要针对多晶硅生产工艺中还原尾气回收装置换热系统优化进行分析,通过采用过程能量集成与综合优化技术,分析确定该换热网络中能量损失和能量利用率,诊断确定装置设备用能薄弱环节,制定节能改造方案,提高装置换热设备传热效率,实现装置的热量优化利用和换热网络的优化匹配,达到节能降耗、减少原料和能源消耗的目的。
        This study mainly analyzes the heat exchange system optimization of the tail gas recovery unit in the polysilicon production process. Through adopting the process energy integration and comprehensive optimization technology, analyzes the energy loss and energy utilization rate of the heat exchange network, diagnoses weak links of device energy using, formulates energy saving and transformation program, improves the heat transfer efficiency of the device heat exchanger, to realize the optimal use of heat and heat transfer network to optimize the match, so as to achieve purposes of energy saving, reduce the consumption of raw materials and energy.
