摘要
研究了两种分散剂PMAA-NH4和PMAA-Na对浆料稳定性、流变性、固相含量、坯体强度和坯体显微结构的影响。结果表明:两种分散剂均能减少陶瓷浆料中的颗粒团聚,使颗粒分散更均匀,并制得了高性能氧化铝陶瓷基片。
The effects of two kinds of dispersing agent PMAA-NH4 and PMAA-Na on the stability of slurry and rheology,solid content,green body strength,body microstructure and other aspects were studied.The results show that two dispersant can reduce the agglomeration of ceramic slurry particles,then,the particles disperses more uniformly.Alumina ceramic substrate with high performance can be prepared.
