摘要
全液压坑道钻机配套钻杆以螺纹联接为主,上、下钻杆流程在很大程度上决定了钻机的工作方式。与人工上、下钻杆相比,自动上、下钻杆流程复杂、动作较多。运用对象模型的方法对自动接扣、卸扣流程进行了详细的解析。根据流程的特点增设一个可摆动的夹持器,实现螺纹联接按设计顺序拆卸,根据常规钻机的特点设计了一套自动接扣、卸扣流程,为钻机实现自动化提供了理论依据。
The hydraulic drill rig was equipped with a threaded connection. the drilling efficiency of the rig rely heavily on the loading and unloading flow of the drill pipe. Compared with manual loading and unloading drill pipe, the automatic loading-unloading drilling process was complicated and has more actions. The method of object model was used to analyze the process of automatic buckle and shackle. According to the characteristics of the process, a swingable gripper was added to realize the disassembly of the two threaded connections in order to design. According to the characteristics of ordinary drills, a set of automatic buckle and breakout flow were designed, which provided a theoretical basis for automation of drilling rigs.
