中医传承辅助系统研究中医药的现状与思考

摘要
目的:了解应用中医传承辅助系统研究中医药情况及发展趋势,为中医药研究提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(截至2018年7月),应用文献计量学原理,Excel软件及NoteExpress软件对文献进行数据提取及分析。结果:共检索出1047篇相关文献,文献量呈上升趋势,研究内容丰富,研究方向集中对近现代名老中医及医师个体临床经验和疾病处方用药规律研究,涉及内、外、妇、儿、骨科,研究机构主要是中医院校和医院,基金论文有482篇(46.0%),发表于114种期刊,发文量排前20期刊中有中文核心期刊6种,研究热点在用药规律和组方规律研究。结论:中医传承辅助系统开启中医药传承新模式,研究多在用药配伍上,较少治法研究及新药研发,未涉及药物用量研究,这些可作为今后重点研究方向。
Objective: To understand the application of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system in studying the situation and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide reference for further research of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP and CBM were searched by computer(up to July 2018). Data were extracted and analyzed by using bibliometric principles, Excel software and NoteExpress software. Results: A total of 1047 related literatures were retrieved, and the amount of literature was on the rise. The research content was rich. The research direction focused on the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and physicians and the prescriptions of disease prescriptions, involving internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, orthopedics, research institutions are mainly TCM colleges and hospitals, there are 482(46.0%) fund papers, published in 114 journals, and there are 6 Chinese core journals in the top 20 journals. The key words of high frequency mainly focus on the study of medication law and prescription law. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system opens up a new mode of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance. The research is mostly on the compatibility of drugs, less on the research of methods and new drugs, and it does not involve the research on drug dosage,which can be regarded as the key research direction in the future.
