活血寄生汤联合针灸推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效的相关研究

摘要
目的探讨活血寄生汤联合针灸推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效的相关研究。方法将2013年5月至2018年5月在我院中医针伤科治疗的94例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组采用针灸推拿治疗,观察组采用活血寄生汤联合针灸推拿治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分变化、CRP及ESR水平变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.62%,明显高于对照组的74.47%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肿胀、晨僵、压痛、疼痛及症状总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP及ESR水平与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论活血寄生汤联合针灸推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎具有显著的临床治疗效果,对关节症状的缓解作用明显,降低机体炎症水平及血沉水平,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Parasitic Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods From May 2013 to May 2018, 94 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with acupuncture and acupuncture in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. The observation group was treated with activating blood stasis soup combined with acupuncture and massage. Comparing clinical efficacy, symptom score changes, CRP and ESR levels in these two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.62%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.47%)(P<0.05). The swelling, morning stiffness, tenderness, pain and symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in CRP and ESR levels between the observation group and the control group(P> 0.05). Conclusion Huoxue parasitic soup combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant clinical therapeutic effect, and it has obvious relief effect on joint symptoms, reducing the level of inflammation and erythrocyte sedimentation level, and has positive clinical significance.
