摘要
对内蒙某硫酸厂脱盐工艺系统的设计思路及工程流程进行了介绍,工艺为"高密度沉淀池+自清洗过滤器+超滤+二级反渗透"。系统设计规模为480 m~3/d,反渗透系统设计脱盐率>99%,产水满足低压锅炉用水水质需求,产水TDS不大于5mg/L。此外,文中对系统组成及关键设备亦进行了说明。
Design idea and engineering process of a desulphurization process system in a sulfuric acid plant in Inner Mongolia are introduced. The process is "high-density sedimentation tank+self-cleaning filter+ ultrafiltration+secondary reverse osmosis". Design scale of the system is 480 m~3/d, and desalination rate of the reverse osmosis system is designed more than 99%. Water production meets water quality requirements of the low-pressure boiler, and water production TDS is not more than 5 mg/L. In addition, the system components and key equipment are also described.
