多媒体数字图书馆的服务质量探讨

摘要
随着我国科技的不断发展,在信息领域的进步尤为突出。全世界范围内,新兴的高级数字图书馆建设正面临着严峻考验。科研机构和高校的图书馆建设过程中,多媒体数字图书馆因方便性、安全性等优点而被广泛使用。但是,传统服务管理系统中大多数不支持连续性的媒体服务,连续媒体类型的要求中,关于服务的质量问题显得尤为突出。
With the continuous development of science and technology in China, the progress in the field of information is particularly prominent. Worldwide, the construction of new advanced digital libraries is facing a severe test. In the process of library construction in scientific research institutions and universities, multimedia digital library is widely used because of its convenience and security. However, most of the traditional service management systems do not support continuous media services. In the requirements of continuous media types, the quality of service is particularly prominent.
