基于Moldflow的仪表台出风口浇注系统优化分析

摘要
以仪表台出风口两个不同产品同模注塑为例,应用Moldflow先对冷流道注塑方案进行了分析,在浇口最佳位置、流道平衡分析的基础上,采用流动分析对两个产品的注塑过程进行了仿真模拟分析,对两种浇注系统方案进行了仿真分析。结果表明,单纯依靠冷流道浇注方式对两个相异产品进行注塑,将需要较高的注塑压力,且流动前沿温度温差大,前锋容易形成较多的熔接线,对产品的表观质量影响较大,而采用热流道/冷流道复合浇注方式进行注塑能使注塑压力有较大的下降,波前温度得到有效保证,相关的注塑质量参数特征值都得到较好的改善。借助CAE仿真分析,能有效地实现两个腔内产品的注塑压力平衡和温度调节平衡,热、冷流道结合能有效解决冷流道注塑带来的质量缺陷,同时降低采用纯热流道增加的成本,缩短模具生产周期。
        Taking two different products from the outlet of the instrument station as an example,the cold runner injection scheme was analyzed by Moldflow software. And based on the analysis of the optimal gate location and runner balance,the injection molding process of the two products was simulated and analyzed.The results show that,on one hand,by cold runner injection for the two different products injection molding,a higher injection pressure is required,and the flow front temperature difference is larger,which could result in more welding lines to affect the apparent quality of the product. On the other hand,by hot-and cold-runner injection,the injection pressure is decreased,and the wave front temperature can be effectively guaranteed,so the quality parameters of the injection molding are improved. With the help of computer aided engineering( CAE) simulation,the injection pressure balance and the temperature control of the two cavity products can be effectively realized. The hot-and cold-runner can effectively solve the injection quality defects caused by the cold runner injection,and reduce the cost of the mould and production cycle.
