摘要
恒源煤矿6煤层煤质松软,垂直裂隙较发育,抽放钻孔在煤层钻进施工过程中成孔率低,极易塌孔埋钻。塌孔后频繁起钻处理钻具费工费时。根据恒源煤矿诸多特殊情况,在瓦斯抽放钻进施工过程中优化钻孔参数及钻具组合,使用风为排除岩粉介质,杜绝了塌孔现象,缩短了钻孔施工工期。
The coal quality of No. 6 coal seam in Hengyuan Coal Mine is soft and the vertical fissures are developed. The hole formation rate of drainage borehole is low in the process of coal seam drilling construction, and it is easy to collapse hole and bury drill. It is time-consuming and time-consuming to start drilling frequently after hole collapse. According to many special cases in Hengyuan Coal Mine, the drilling parameters and drilling tool combination are optimized in the process of gas drainage drilling, and the wind is used as the medium to remove rock powder, which eliminates the phenomenon of hole collapse and shortens the construction period of drilling.
