摘要
为了降低"三高"煤气化过程中进入航天炉黑水和灰水系统中的F-质量分数,提出了引入改性钙盐与粉煤灰代替传统的CaCl_2、Ca(OH)_2等除氟剂,配合PAC使用。当除氟剂用量(质量分数)为1 000×10~(-6),pH值控制到9.5~10之间,投加量(质量分数) PAC 2 500×10~(-6)时,效果尤为明显,F-质量分数从58×10~(-6)降到4×10~(-6)以下,满足环保要求。
In order to reduce the mass fraction of F-in black water and ash water system of space furnace during gasification of coal with three high indicators, this paper proposed the introduction of modified calcium salts and fly ash to replace traditional defluorinating agents such as CaCl_2 and Ca(OH)_2, which were used in combination with PAC. The effect is particularly obvious when the dosage of defluorinating agent is 1 000×10~(-6), the pH value is controlled to 9.5~10 and the dosage of PAC is 2 500×10~(-6).The mass fraction of F-decreases from 58×10~(-6) to less than 4×10-6, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
