HLA-B*5801阴性别嘌醇致超敏反应综合征1例
摘要
<正>别嘌醇是临床上常用的降尿酸药物。部分患者不能耐受该药物,约2%的患者使用别嘌醇过程可发生严重的"别嘌醇超敏反应综合征"。目前,有研究表明,白血病抗原HLA-B*5801阳性表达与别嘌醇超敏反应综合征密切相关。本例患者发病前服用别嘌醇及其他药物,临床确诊药物超敏反应综合征,但HLA-B*5801阴性,再次使用别嘌醇后出现相似临床症状,证实别嘌醇诱导超敏反应,提示并非所有的
