老年糖尿病患者血同型半胱氨酸与叶酸和维生素B_(12)水平分析

摘要
目的探讨老年糖尿病患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸和维生素B_(12)(Vit B_(12))水平的变化及其互相关系。方法对入选的80例糖尿病组以及80例健康对照组分别采集其清晨空腹静脉血清或血浆,-20℃冻存,然后集中测定血同型半胱氨酸、Vit B_(12)、叶酸水平。结果糖尿病组血同型半胱氨酸的测定值明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.176,P=0.019);同时糖尿病组叶酸及Vit B_(12)的水平低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(叶酸:t=4.289,P=0.035;Vit B_(12):t=3.016,P=0.043);并且血Hcy浓度与叶酸和Vit B_(12)水平呈负相关(叶酸:r=0.920,P=0.025;Vit B_(12):r=0.950,P=0.013)。结论老年糖尿病患者血同型半胱氨酸升高的同时伴有叶酸及Vit B_(12)的降低。
        Objective To analyze the changes of serum homocysteine,folic acid and Vit B12 levels in elderly patients with diabetes and their relationship. Methods A total of 80 cases of diabetes group and 80 cases of healthy controls were collected the morning fasting venous blood serum or plasma and blood homocysteine,Vit B12,folic acid level were tested. Results Homocysteine in diabetes group was obviously higher than that of healthy controls,there was statistically significant( t = 6. 176,P = 0. 019),and folic acid and Vit B12 of diabetes group were lower than healthy controls,there were statistically significant( folic acid:t = 4. 289,P = 0. 035;Vit B12:t = 3. 016,P = 0. 043),and the Hcy concentration was negatively correlated with folate and Vit B12 levels( folic acid:r = 0. 92,P = 0. 025;Vit B12:r = 0. 95,P = 0. 013). Conclusion Blood homocysteine in elderly patients with diabetes increases with decreased folic acid and vitamin B12.
