摘要
建立双柱定性-顶空气相色谱质谱联用仪法测定化妆品中36种挥发性有机溶剂残留的方法。使用极性柱VF-1301 ms和非极性柱DB-5 ms两根色谱柱,考察挥发性有机溶剂残留的保留时间以定性,再利用VF-1301 ms柱对存在的残留溶剂进行定量测定。所建立的方法在相应的浓度范围内浓度和峰面积的线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 1~0.999 7,加标回收率在82.0%~117.6%之间,相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.9%,检出限为0.08~29.24μg/g。该方法检测结果准确、可靠,适用于多种常用化妆品挥发性有机溶剂的同时测定。
        A method to determine 36 kinds of volatile organic solvents residues was established by headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS) with dual-column identification.For qualitative analysis,the retention times of these volatile organic solvents residues were determined by using two columns:polar column VF-1301 ms and non-polar column DB-5 ms.For quantitative analysis,the amount of these volatile organic solvents residues were determined by the VF-1301 ms column respectively.The established method has a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area in the corresponding concentration range.The linear correlation coefficients were from 0.999 1 to 0.999 7.The recoveries were between 82.0% and 117.6%,and the relative standard deviations were from 1.1% to 2.9%.The detection limit were from 0.08 μg/g to 29.24 μg/g.The method had accurate and reliable detection results and was suitable for the analysis of a variety of volatile organic solvents in common use of cosmetics.
