摘要
研制了基于固相萃取技术的自动前处理系统,并与高效液相色谱联用,建立水中苯酚的测定方法。使用自动前处理系统,苯酚经过SPE柱富集浓缩,甲醇洗脱,经HPLC法检测,回收率在89.4%~96.4%之间。将该法用于地表水中苯酚的测定,结果令人满意。本方法实现了前处理过程自动化,操作简便,提高测定的重现性,减少操作者工作量。
This paper established a method for determination of phenol in domestic water based on SPE automatic pre-processing system coupled with HPLC analysis.With the automatic pre-processing system,the phenol was concentrated by SPE column and eluted by methanol so that the recovery rate of phenol by HPLC was between 89.4%and 96.4%.The method was applied to determination of phenol in surface water with satisfactory results.This method realizes the automation of the pre-processing,makes the operation simple,improves the reproducibility of measurement,and reduces the workload of operator.
