摘要
本文通过对不同形态空调配管的模态仿真研究,分析配管管路走向对其模态的影响。针对某型空调,建立其室外机配管的物理模型,利用ANSYS(Workbench)软件对其进行有限元模态分析,得到配管固有频率,进而分析得出该配管运行断管的原因。利用对配管模态与空调振动噪音的研究成果,重新优化设计该配管,并进行仿真分析、实验验证,而得到结果为:优化后配管的振动与室外机噪音值均有较大改善,相对于企业标准有较大余量。结果表明,利用CAE方法,对空调配管进行模态分析,可以有效、正确指导配管的开发设计,缩短设计周期,减少冗余工作。
Through the modal simulation study of different types of air conditioning pipe, the influence of the pipeline direction on its modal is analyzed. For a certain type of air conditioning, establishing the physical modal of pipe, by using ANSYS(Workbench) to do finite element modal analysis, get pipe natural frequency, and then analysis why the pipe get broken. Using pipe modal and the research achievements of air conditioning vibration noise, to optimize the pipe design, and get the simulation analysis and experimental verification, get the result: vibration and the noise value are improved substantially, which relative to the enterprise standard has a larger allowance. The results show that the method of CAE is used to analyze the modal analysis of air conditioning pipe, which can effectively and correctly guide the development design of pipe, shorten the design cycle and reduce redundant work.
