情景案例分析法对提高年轻护士的护理安全管理能力的效果

摘要
目的研究年轻护士参与模拟案例分析培训后护理安全管理能力的提升效果。方法选择2016年1月～2017年9月我院招聘的27名资历较浅的护理人员,制定培训计划,对27例护理人员统一采取模拟案例分析教学方式并展开培训。观察培训3个月后,27例护理人员管理能力的提升效果。结果经过为期3个月模拟案例分析培训,27例护理人员的安全管理评分较培训前有了明显的改善;培训3个月后,考核阶段内收治了4123例患者,发生不良事件的概率为0.5%,较培训前不良事故的发生率0.9%低,P<0.05。结论针对医院护龄较低的年轻护士采取模拟案例分析培训方式,能够有效提升护士的安全管理能力,并能提升护理过程中突发事件的处理能力,效果较好。
Objective To study the effect of enhancing the nursing safety management ability of young nurses after participating in simulated case analysis training.Methods 27 junior nurses recruited by our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected, and a training plan was formulated.27 nurses were trained by using the teaching method of simulated case analysis. To observe the effect of training 27 nursing staffs after March.Results After 3 months of training, the safety management score of 27 nurses improved signi?cantly compared with that before training.After 3 months of training,413 nurses were treated in the assessment stage,and the probability of adverse events was 0.5%, which was lower than that of 0.9% before training,P<0.05.Conclusion Simulated case analysis training for young nurses with lower nursing age in hospitals can effectively improve the safety management ability of nurses and the ability to deal with emergencies in nursing process, and the effect is good.
