依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床效果。方法抽选高血压脑出血患者96例并根据患者入院时间先后分为两组,对照组(48例)应用内科常规治疗,观察组(48例)添加依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为87.5%;对照组治疗有效率为68.8%。组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血肿体积、水肿带体积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血患者效果良好,可改善患者症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of edaravone combined with nimodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 96 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected, according to admission time, patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group(48 cases) was used about conventional medical treatment, observation group(48 cases) was treated with the treatment of edaravone combined with nimodipine, to compare the difference of treatment effect about two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%, and the effective rate of the control group was 68.8%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The volume of hematoma and edema in the observation group were less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients has good effect, significantly improve the symptoms of patients with hematoma.
