武汉科技金融综合信息服务机制探讨

摘要
武汉市出台了一批如《关于促进科技金融改革创新工作的实施意见》等促进科技金融发展的政策。探讨武汉科技金融综合信息服务机制,促进金融资源支持科技型企业发展,提升企业自主研发及市场竞争水平。通过对国内其他城市科技金融综合信息服务相关机制与政策比较分析,指出目前武汉市现在科技金融综合信息服务的不足之处,提出设计武汉市科技型企业资信评价模型及指标,加强职能部门间及时数据交互,整合发布科技金融政策等建议措施建议。
Wuhan has promulgated a number of policies to promote the development of science technology and finance, such as "Opinions on Implementing the Reform and Innovation of Science Technology and Finance". This paper explores the comprehensive information service mechanism of science technology and finance in Wuhan, aiming at promoting financial resources for the development of science and technology enterprises and improving the level of independent research and market competition. By comparing with the relevant mechanisms and policies of the comprehensive information service of science technology and finance in other cities in China, this paper points out the deficiencies of the comprehensive information service of science technology and finance in Wuhan at present, and puts forward some suggestions such as the index design of the credit evaluation model of independent science and technology enterprises in Wuhan, the way of timely data interaction between functional departments, the integration and publication of existing science and technology and finance policies and so on, which can alleviate the information asymmetry between investment and financing institutions and technology-based enterprises.
