青海省西宁及海东市藏系绵羊鼠疫血清流行病学调查

摘要
目的青海省西宁及海东市藏系绵羊血清鼠疫FI抗体检测,了解当地藏系绵羊鼠疫流行情况。方法应用鼠疫间接血凝和鼠疫胶体金2种方法对该地区藏系绵羊血清进行鼠疫Fl抗体检测。结果 IHA和GICA方法分别对所采集2301份藏羊血清进行检测,均检出鼠疫Fl抗体阳性血清3份,其中滴度1:20的1份,l:40的2份,阳性率为1.3‰。结论该地区检出鼠疫Fl抗体阳性的藏羊血清,具有通过输入藏羊而传播鼠疫的风险,应加强藏羊鼠疫的监测工作。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of plague of Tibetan sheep in Xining and Haidong City,the serum of Tibetan sheep was collected and the plague FI antibody was detected. Methods We applied IHA and GICA,these two methods to test the serum of Tibetan sheep in Xining and Haidong City. Results A total of 2 301 Tibetan sheep serum was tested with the methods of IHA and GICA respectively,3 positive serum were detected,among which,1 was found with the titer of 1 to20,2 were 1 to 40,the positive rate was 1.3 per thousand. Conclusion In the area,the Fl antibody positive serum of Tibetan sheep were detected. There was the risk of transmission of plague through the input of Tibetan sheep in Xining and Haidong City,the monitoring of the Tibetan sheep plague should strengthen.
