摘要
随着我国高速铁路事业的不断发展,动车组日常检修作业全面向机械化、自动化发展迈进,检修手段不断更新,技术设备日趋成熟,越来越多的高科技手段应用到动车组的日常检修中。热成像技术因其反应问题直观、操作简单方便、不受环境影响等优点,在动车组检修领域可以得到很好的应用。通过使用热成像仪技术对动车组主要电气设备进行检测、故障诊断,能够快速、准确的发现部件接线端子松动、过载等不易察觉的故障,及时找出故障点,提前排除动车组故障隐患,确保动车组运行安全。
        With the continuous development of high-speed railway in China, the daily maintenance of EMU has been developing into mechanization and automation in an all-round way. The maintenance means have been updated continuously, and the technical equipment has become increasingly mature. More and more high-tech means have been applied to the daily maintenance of EMU. Thermal imaging technology can be applied in the field of EMU maintenance because of its advantages such as intuitive reaction problems, easy operation and free from environmental impact. By using the thermal imaging technology to detect the main electrical equipment of the EMU, it can quickly and accurately discover the undetectable faults such as loose wiring terminals and overload of components, find fault points in time,eliminate the potential trouble of EMU fault in advance, and ensure the safety of EMU operation.
