摘要
针对油田生产过程中出现的安全问题,需要培训工人对突发情况应急处理能力,由于传统培训方式不能让工人快速、完全的理解作业流程,采取虚拟培训的手段,构建油田应急培训系统,让工人在虚拟作业环境中经历事故现场,提高应变能力,避免事故危险。针对上述问题,设计并制作虚拟角色模型;实现"角色蒙皮"绑定;完成高空坠落、触电、灭火、心肺复苏、佩戴呼吸机等骨骼动画的制作;利用动画状态转换机实现动画之间的切换。系统中各个角色按照预案的规定对突发事件进行处置,为现实情况中突发事件的各类情况提供了一个模拟真实环境的实训平台,使油田作业者能够熟练掌握整个应急处置流程,提升了油田作业者在突发事件发生时的应急处置能力。
For the oilfield production, it is necessary to train workers handling emergency ability. Because the traditional training methods cannot let workers quickly and completely understand the process, we take the means of virtual technology to build oilfield accidents for workers to realize the real situation, to avoid the real danger. Aiming at the above problems, the virtual character model is designed and produced. We design character skins to complete the production of skeletal animation such as falling, electric shock, fire extinguishing, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and wearing respirator. The animation is adopted to implement state converter. In the virtual situation, every role is required to complete emergency operation according to the terms of the plan designed for the reality of all kinds of emergency cases. This system provides a simulation training platform of the real environment, the oil field operators are able to master the whole process of emergency disposal, improve theirt emergency disposal ability.
