摘要
虫媒病毒是由吸血昆虫传播并引起人畜共患病的一组病毒,种类繁多,世界性分布,疾病负担严重。登革热、西尼罗脑炎、乙脑、ZIK病毒病等均是感染虫媒病毒引起的传染病。虫媒病毒虫媒病毒病主要流行于热带地区,也属于被忽略的热带传染病。本综述系统介绍了虫媒病毒、传播媒介及其传染病的流行特征,并对虫媒病毒研究的现状和存在的问题提出相关的意见和建议,以推动虫媒病毒虫媒病毒病的研究。
        With wide variety and worldwide distribution, arboviruses are a group of viruses that are transmitted by blood-sucking insects and cause zoonoses with the heavy burden of diseases. Many infectious diseases are caused by arboviruses, such as dengue fever, West Nile encephalitis, encephalitis, ZIKA virus disease, and so on. Arboviruses and arboviruses diseases are mainly prevalent in tropical regions and belong to neglected tropical infectious diseases(NTD). This paper will systematically introduce arboviruses, vectors and its popular characteristics of infectious diseases, and give relevant opinions and suggestions on arboviruses research situation and existing problems to promote the research of arboviruses and arbovirus diseases.
