摘要
目的 掌握中山地区蚊类的种群结构、季节消长及携带虫媒病毒情况,为蚊虫防治提供技术支持和决策依据。方法 2016年10月—2017年10月,采用人工小时法采集蚊类样本,进行形态学鉴定,无法通过形态学鉴定的蚊类,利用DNA条形码技术进行分子鉴定。提取蚊类RNA,利用荧光RT-PCR和普通RT-PCR方法检测登革病毒、基孔肯雅病毒、乙脑病毒、寨卡病毒及其他黄病毒属病毒。收集监测点附近不同水体中各龄期幼虫及蛹,用于种类调查,不计入季节消长和虫媒病毒检测。结果 共采集成蚊2076只,收集各龄期幼虫及蛹484只,经形态学鉴定隶属于3亚科6属13种。白纹伊蚊及致倦库蚊为优势蚊种,分别占总数的61.13%和34.06%。成蚊密度高峰期为6月,1月最低。未检出虫媒病毒。结论 初步掌握了中山地区蚊类的种群结构、季节消长及携带虫媒病毒情况。应对中山地区蚊类及其携带虫媒病毒情况进行持续调查。
        Objective In order to investigate the population,seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes and arboviruses in Zhongshan area,to provide technical support and decision basis for the prevention and control of mosquitoes. Methods The adult mosquitoes were collected for one hour each time by using a mini-hand mosquito trap from October,2016 to October,2017. The mosquitoes were identified morphologically. The mosquitoes which could not be identified by morphology were identified with DNA barcoding. RNA was extracted,and Real-time PCR and RT-PCR were used to detect dengue virus,chikungunya virus,Japanese encephaltitis virus,zika virus and other virus of Flavivirus. Larvae and pupae were collected from different water bodies near the surveillance sites,only used to count the species but no other calculations. Results A total of 2076 adult mosquitoes and 484 larvae or pupae were collected,which belonging to 13 species,6 genera of 3 subfamilies. Aedes albopictus and Culex quinquefasciatus were the dominant species,accounted for 61.13% and 34.06%.The density peak occurred in June,and the lowest density was in January.No arboviruses were detected. Conclusion The mosquito population compositon,seasonal fluctuation and arboviruses were basically understood in Zhongshan area. The further surveillance should be carried out at Zhongshan area.
