临兴地区非常规气田井场尺寸设计研究

摘要
随着环保要求的提高以及征地难度的增大,在满足作业要求的前提下,应尽量减小井场的设计尺寸,降低非常规气田的开发成本。以临兴地区非常规气田为基础,研究了影响井场尺寸设计的因素,确定了临兴地区非常规气田开发的钻机型号为ZJ30,最小井槽间距为5 m,双排井槽布置的井场采用单钻机作业时最小井排间距为20 m,采用双钻机同时作业时最小井排间距为30 m。在此基础上,以压裂作业时钻机是否撤离井场为条件分两类工况,分别研究了单排井槽单钻机作业、双排井槽单钻机作业和双排井槽双钻机作业时的井场尺寸设计,得出了井场尺寸的设计图版。同时得出对于采用ZJ30钻机作业的井场是否推荐双排井槽布置存在一个临界井槽数,即如果压裂作业时钻机撤离井场,临界井槽数为5,反之临界井槽数为9。
        As environmental requirements become more stringent and land expropriation becomes more difficult, the dimension of the well site should be reduced, under the premise of meeting the requirements of the operation, so as to reduce the development cost of the unconventional gas field. Based on the unconventional gas field in Linxing area, the factors affecting the design dimension of well site were studied, and it was determined that the drill rig should be ZJ30 to developed the unconventional gas field in Linxing area, the minimum spacing between the well slots should be 5 m, and the minimum spacing between well rows in double row well site should be 20 m under the single rig operation mode, and should be 30 m under the double rigs simultaneous operation mode. On these basis, two types of working conditions were divided on the condition of whether the drilling rig should be removed from the well site before the fracturing operation, and under these two working conditions the dimension design of the well site in the single row slot single rig operation mode, the double row slot single rig operation mode and the double row slots double rigs simultaneous operation mode were studied respectively with the conclusion of the chart curves for well site dimension design. At the same time, it was concluded that there is a critical well slots number to recommend the double row layout rather than the single row layout for ZJ30 drilling rig, that is, the number of critical well slots is 5, if the rig is removed before the fracturing operation and otherwise the number of critical well slots is 9.
