摘要
目的讨论逆行撕除翼状胬肉联合角膜缘干细胞连续缝合移植治疗翼状胬肉的手术疗效。方法 46例69眼行逆行撕除翼状胬肉联合自体角膜缘干细胞连续缝合移植手术,术后评估角膜创面愈合时间和术后的复发率。结果术后4-8d患者的角膜创面修复,术后3-12mo随访,2例复发,复发率为2.9%。结论逆行撕除翼状胬肉联合自体角膜缘干细胞连续缝合移植手术,不仅可以改善美观,而且可一定程度的降低翼状胬肉的复发率,是临床上治疗翼状胬肉的一种可行性方法。
        Objective Discuss retrograde to tear in addition to continuous suture pterygium combined with limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of pterygium surgery effect. Methods 69 cases of 46 cases to tear in addition to continuous suture pterygium with autologous corneal limbus stem cells transplantation surgery, postoperative evaluation of corneal wound healing time and postoperative recurrence rate. Result With 4-8 days after corneal wound repair, postoperative follow-up 3-12 months, 2 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 2.9%.Conclusion Retrograde to tear in addition to continuous suture pterygium with autologous corneal limbus stem cell transplant, can improve not only beautiful, but also can reduce the recurrence rate of pterygium, to some extent is a feasible method for the clinical treatment of pterygium.
