阿片类药物性便秘的流行病学及防治特点

<正>早在公元前3000年,阿片已用于治疗疼痛及腹泻。数千年来,阿片类药物已使广大疼痛患者获益,但是其在给患者镇痛的同时也带来较多的不良反应,包括呼吸抑制、恶心、呕吐、便秘[阿片类药物相关性便秘(OIC)],严重影响了患者的整体治疗效果及生活质量。虽然OIC被归入功能性便秘,但其具有明确的病因、发病机制和治疗特点。
