太原市综合医院护士遭受工作场所暴力现状的调查研究

摘要
目的调查太原市综合医院护士遭受工作场所暴力的现状并进行影响因素分析,并提出相应对策。方法该研究于2015年1—7月针对山西省太原市8所综合医院共计1 836名护士进行整群抽样调查,以陈祖辉问卷为模板设计医务人员遭受工作场所暴力情况问卷进行调查。结果太原市综合医院护士工作场所暴力发生率为67.04%,其中言语责骂、辱骂为主要暴力类型(63.24%);工作场所暴力的施暴者主要为患者家属且男性居多;暴力事件发生后,护士多采取耐心解释和忍让回避的应对方式;针对医院采取措施的单因素分析中,多项措施差异有统计学意义。结论太原市综合医院护士遭受工作场所暴力情况普遍,严重影响其身心健康,应采取相应措施,缓解工作场所暴力的发生。
Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses suffering from workplace violence in Taiyuan General Hospital and analyze the influencing factors, and propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods From January to July2015, a total of 1 836 nurses from 8 general hospitals in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province were surveyed. The Chen Zuhui questionnaire was used as a template to design a survey of medical staff suffering from workplace violence. Results The incidence of workplace violence in Taiyuan General Hospital was 67.04%, of which speech blame and abusiveness were the main types of violence(63.24%). The perpetrators of workplace violence were mainly family members and males. After the violence, nurses implemented patient explanation and avoidance; in the univariate analysis of measures taken by the hospital, a number of measures were statistically significa nt. Conclusion Nurses in Taiyuan General Hospital suffer from widespread workplace violence, which seriously affects their physical and mental health. Measures should be taken to alleviate workplace violence.
