摘要
探讨中药复方对实验性大鼠骨质疏松症的预防和治疗作用,并在此基础上探索该中药对成年经产高龄母猪骨质疏松症的预防效果。对102只3月龄SPF级SD雌性大鼠用维甲酸造模并进行中药防治试验,造模结束和药物治疗结束后对大鼠进行骨密度检测、骨组织形态检测与血液生化指标(Ca、P、BALP和TRACP-5b)检测。同时,将35头6胎~8胎经产高龄母猪,4岁~5.5岁体重220 kg~300 kg长大二元杂母猪随机分为空白组、中药复方高、中、低(B_1、B_2、B_3)3个剂量组,连续给药20 d,检测母猪血液生化指标(Ca、P、TRACP-5b、CTX-Ⅰ、BALP和PINP)。结果表明,与模型组相比,中药组大鼠血清水平有显著降低,骨密度增加,骨微观结构得到改善;与空白组相比,中药中剂量组和高剂量组母猪血清BALP及PINP水平显著升高,TRACP-5b及CTX-Ⅰ水平显著降低。结果表明该中药复方制剂对大鼠和猪骨质疏松症的治疗有良好效果。
        To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects and mechanism of traditional Chinese herbal compound on experimental osteoporosis in rats,and on the basis of this study,the preventive effect of this Chinese herbal compound on osteoporosis in adult aged sows was explored.102 3-month-old SPF SD female rats were modeled with retinoic acid and treated with traditional Chinese herbal compound.Bone mineral density,bone morphology and blood biochemical indexes(Ca,P,BALP and TRACP-5 b) were measured after the end of modeling and drug therapy in rats.Simultaneously,35 sows aged 4-5.5 years with body weight(220 kg-300 kg) were randomly divided into 4 groups:blank group,Chinese herbal B groups(B_1,B_2,B_3),blood samples were collected and blood biochemical parameters(Ca,P,TRACP-5 b,CTX-Ⅰ,BALP and PINP) were detected on days 0,11 and 21 after 20 days of continuous administration.Result showed:Compared with model group,the serum level was significantly decreased,bone mineral density increased and bone microstructure was improved in the traditional Chinese herbal compound group; Compared with blank group,serum BALP and PINP levels of sows in medium and high dose groups of Chinese herbal compound were significantly increased and the levels of TRACP-5 b and CTX-Ⅰ were significantly decreased.The results showed that the treatment of osteoporosis with Chinese herbal compound in rats and sows was effective.
