摘要
目的调查宁波大榭口岸鼠类携带细菌的情况。方法用鼠笼鼠夹法在大榭口岸捕鼠,对鼠类肠组织进行细菌16S rDNA的扩增、克隆和测序;采用细菌分离和生化鉴定法进行细菌种属鉴定。结果 2017年5月—2018年4月,从大榭口岸4个生境中捕获71只鼠类,检出201株细菌,包含粪肠球菌、希氏肠球菌、松鼠葡萄球菌、短小芽胞杆菌等17种;克隆测序法鉴定到16种细菌,分离培养法鉴定到9种。结论掌握了大榭口岸鼠类携带细菌情况,建立了菌种库。
        Objective To analyze the distribution of bacteria in mice by collecting samples from Daxie port.Methods The 16 S rDNA was amplified,cloned and sequenced from bacteria in the intestinal tissues of mice captured at Daxie port. The identification of bacterial species was carried out by biochemical method of bacterial isolation. Results From May 2017 to April 2018,71 mice were collected from 4 habitats at Daxie port,and 201 strains of bacteria were detected,belonging to 17 species,including Enterococcus faecalis,Enterococcus hidalis,Staphylococcus squirrel,and Bacillus parvus. Among them,16 species were obtained by clonal sequencing, 9 species were isolated and cultured. Conclusion The situation of rodents carrying bacteria in Daxie port was mostered,and the germ bank was established.
