众创生态:一个基于众创逻辑的生态治理模式

摘要
立足于公地悲剧规制、众创经济发展和人类中心回归,将众创逻辑模式引入生态治理,建构众创生态理论分析框架,研究众创生态治理模式的逻辑概念、作用机理、博弈困境和建构方略。研究表明,众创生态是通过大众创新创业推动生态治理的资本化运作和市场化改革的行为逻辑模式;众创生态作用机理包括生态众智、生态众包、生态众筹和生态众扶;建构众创生态治理模式需要集聚众智、实施众包、推广众筹和强化众扶,进而对接众创生态资源场域,制造众创生态创意运维,激活众创生态融资链条,突出众创生态赋权协同。
Based on the tragedy of the commons,the economic development of the public sector and the regression of the anthropocentrism,this paper introduces the creation logic mode into the ecological governance,and constructs the theoretical framework for the creation of the public ecosystem. The research shows that the public record is the ecological behavior logic model to promote the ecological management of the capital operation and market reform through public innovation. Public record mechanism includes ecological wisdom,ecological Crowdsourcing,ecological and public support to raise public ecological construction.Public record ecological management mode needs to set trimaran,implement Crowdsourcing,promote and strengthen the support the public,connect ecological resources docking field,make the public record creative ecological maintenance,activate the public record of ecological financing chain,and highlight the ecological public record weighted cooperative.
