摘要
钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管(即"钢带增强PE管")具有不对称性的螺旋缠绕波纹结构,为了规避铺设安装之后可能出现的坍塌、断裂现象,有必要对薄弱环节展开试验,对该类管的病害特征及形成机理进行总结。钢带增强PE管的薄弱特征方面主要表现在存在顶破、接口断裂、环向裂缝、鼓包等。论文结合具体案例的安装进行研究,并阐明试验过程和结果。
Steel belt reinforced polyethylene spiral bellows( "Steel reinforced PE pipe") has the asymmetric spiral corrugated structure. In order to avoid possible collapse and fracture after laying and installation, it is necessary to carry out tests for the weak links, and summarize the disease characteristics and formation mechanism of this kind of pipes. The weak characteristics of the steel belt reinforced PE pipe are mainly manifested in the existence of roof fracture, interface fracture, ring to crack, swell and so on. This paper studies the installation of specific cases,and clarifies the test process and results.
