高、低频超声联合检查对小儿急性阑尾炎诊断符合率的影响

摘要
目的:探讨高、低频超声联合检查在小儿急性阑尾炎诊断中应用价值。方法:选取我院急性阑尾炎患儿61例,均行高、低频超声检查,并与手术病理结果对比,分析高、低频超声联合检查小儿急性阑尾炎诊断符合率。结果:高、低频超声联合检查对小儿各类急性阑尾炎诊断符合率均高于高频超声及低频超声单一诊断,且高、低频超声联合检查诊断总符合率为96.72%(59/61),高于低频超声49.18%(30/61)、高频超声57.38%(35/61,P<0.05)。结论:高、低频超声联合检查对小儿急性阑尾炎具有较高诊断符合率,并可依据声像表现对不同阑尾炎进行分型,具有较高诊断应用价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of combined examination of high and low frequency ultrasound in acute appendicitis in children.Methods:61 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital were examined by high and low frequency ultrasound, and compared with the results of operation and pathology. The coincidence rate of diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children with high and low frequency ultrasound was analyzed.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of high and low frequency ultrasonography for all kinds of acute appendicitis in children was higher than that of high-frequency ultrasound and low frequency ultrasound respectively, and the total coincidence rate was 96.72%(59/61), which was higher than low frequency ultrasound 49.18%(30/61) and high frequency ultrasound 57.38%(35/61)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined examination of high and low frequency ultrasound has a high diagnostic coincidence rate for acute appendicitis in children, and can be classified according to the performance of sound image for different appendicitis. It has high diagnostic value.
