预防风冷螺杆式压缩机高温的维护方法

摘要
阐述了风冷螺杆式压缩机压缩原理、冷却系统工艺流程和冷却原理,针对海洋恶劣环境,分析了海上采油平台空压机出现高温的12项主要原因:冷却换热器循环风机吹风量降低、散热器外部堵塞、隔声罩拆除或密封不严、环境温度过高、空气滤器堵塞、油滤器堵塞、储罐中压缩机油量不合理或油质不合格、热敏控制阀故障、检测仪表故障以及机头故障等,并提出相应的预防性维护方法,旨在为今后恶劣环境下空压机预防性维护提供参考依据,提高空压机维护质量,减少油田非计划关停,提高油田运行效益。
        This paper expounds the compression principle,the process of cooling system and the cooling principle of aircooled screw compressor.In view of the harsh marine environment,the twelve main reasons for high temperature of air compressor on offshore oil production platform are as follows:the air flow of circulating fan of cooling heat exchanger being reduced,the external blockage of radiator being blocked,the sound insulation cover being removed or not tightly sealed,the ambient temperature being too high,the air filter being blocked,the oil filter being blocked,the oil quantity of compressor in storage tank being unreasonable or unreasonable,the heat-sensitive control valve being fault,detection instrument failure nose failure and so on. The corresponding preventive maintenance methods are put forward,which can provide reference for the preventive maintenance of air compressor under harsh environment in the future,improve maintenance quality of high altitude press,reduce unplanned shutdown and increase operation efficiency of oilfield.
