脾动脉栓塞术在胰源性门静脉高压中的应用1例

<正>临床资料患者男,41岁。因"诊治胰腺炎11年,随诊发现血小板减少"入院。患者分别于2005年和2010年因重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)来我院治疗。2次住院期间均接受了抗炎、输液、抑酸、抑酶、营养支持及CT引导下经皮穿刺腹腔积液置管引流治疗。出院随访期间多次复查腹部增
