贵州普安4个民族人群ABO血型调查

摘要
目的:了解贵州普安4个主要民族人群ABO血型分布特征。方法:用玻片法检测418名彝族、337名布依族、6 334名汉族、246名黎族人群ABO血型,并与其他地区4个相应民族人群的ABO血型分布进行比较。结果:普安彝族、布依族、汉族、黎族人群ABO血型分布符合HardyWeinberg平衡定律。其中彝族、布依族、汉族人群ABO血型分布特征为O>A>B>AB,A、B、O的基因频率p、q、r分别为0.185 9、0.164 5和0.639 6;0.164 8、0.150 6和0.677 4;0.225 4、0.194 5和0.578 9(r>p>q)。黎族人群ABO血型分布特征为O>B>A>AB,A、B、O的基因频率p、q、r分别为0.171 2、0.201 1和0.650 2(r>q>p)。结论:普安彝族、布依族、汉族、和黎族都具有南方人群的高O型频率的血型分布特征;不同民族的ABO血型在不同地域的分布也不尽一致。
Objective: To investigate the distributions of blood groups A,B,O of four largest ethnic populations in Pu' an county,GUIZHOU province. Methods: The survey included peoples from YI ethnic group(418 cases),BUYI ethnicgroup(337 cases),HAN ethnic(6334 cases) and LI ethnic group(246 cases). The slide fast agglutination was used to identify blood type. The blood type mentioned above was compared with people of corresponding ethnic groups from other areas. Results: The distributions of ABO blood groups of four ethnic groups in PUAN county was in conformity with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium principle(YI ethnic: χ~2= 0. 16,p > 0. 05; BUYI ethnic: χ~2= 1. 11,p > 0. 05; HAN ethnic: χ~2=0. 23,p > 0. 05; LI ethnic: χ~2= 5. 03, p > 0. 05). The distribution characteristics of ABO blood group of YI,BUYI and HAN ethnic were O > A > B > AB. The gene frequencies(p/q/r) of A,B and O were 0. 1859/0. 1645/0. 6396,0. 1648/0. 1506/0. 6774,0. 2254/0. 1945/0. 5789(r > p >q),respectively. The distribution characteristics of blood group A,B,and O of LI ethnic were O > B > A >AB,and the gene frequencies(p/q/r) of A,B and O were 0. 1712、0. 2011 和 0. 6502(r > q > p).Conclusion: The high gene frequencies of blood group O of four major ethnic groups(YI/BUYI/HAN/LI) in PUAN county in GUIZHOU province is in conformity with the characteristic of peoples from south China. The distributions of blood groups A,B,and O vary in different ethnic groups in different regions.
