摘要
目的调查新疆地区柯尔克孜族ABO和Rh血型的分布情况,研究与其他种族、区域的差异。方法 2016年5月—2017年12月,以3440例新疆地区柯尔克孜族健康体检者为研究对象,行ABO正反定型和Rh血型鉴定,计算出ABO及Rh血型的期望值、基因及基因组合体频率、抗原频率,并将本研究的ABO及Rh调查值与期望值行卡方检验后验证Hardy-Weinberg吻合度。结果新疆地区柯尔克孜族人群ABO血型分布特征:B>O>A>AB,AB型血型比例最低(9. 19%),A、B、O基因频率分别为0. 1922、0. 2407、0. 5671,ABO血型分布符Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律; Rh D阴性比例为2. 18%;未检出Rh CCd E-表型,检出该民族不同Rh血型表型:ccdee 61例(0. 78%)、DCCEE 19例(0. 55%),DCc EE 24例(0. 70%)、ccd Ee 8例(0. 23%)、Ccdee 4例(0. 12%)、Ccd Ee 1例(0. 03%)、CCdee1例(0. 03%)。结论新疆柯尔克孜族与迁徙至黑龙江的同种同源民族比较,ABO血型分布有明显差异;新疆柯尔克孜族人群Rh表型分布与其他民族不同,具有自身民族特征。
        Objective To investigate the distribution area of Xinjiang ABO and Rh blood groups among Kirgiz population; Find the Kirgiz-specificRhphen-otype; Compare and analyze the difference between the other races and the Kirgiz population; Methods ABO and Rh blood groups identification of 3440 blood samples were performed. ABO forward and reverse typing and Rh blood group identification were conducted to calculate the expected value of the ABO and Rh blood group.Gene and genome chimerism frequency and antigen frequency were also calculated. The Chi-squaretest was performed to validate whether the results are in consistency with thehardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The date was compared with the distribution characteristics of other regions and ethnics. Results In Xinjiang Kirgiz people,the distribution of ABO blood group were B > O > A >AB.The AB blood type was the lowest( 9. 19%),A,B,O gene frequencies were 0. 192 2,0. 240 7,0. 567 1. The ABO blood type distribution character conformed to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium with a negative rate of 2. 18%; Special Rh blood type phenotypes were found: ccdee( 61 cases,0. 78%) 、DCc EE( 24 cases,0. 70%) 、ccd Ee( 8 cases,0. 23%) 、Ccdee( 4 cases,0. 12%) 、Ccd Ee( 1 cases,0. 03%) 、CCdee( 1 cases,0. 03%)and no Rh CCd E-phenotypes were found. Conclusion Compared with the same ethnic group migrating to Heilongjiang,the Kirgiz population in Xinjiang showed different distribution of ABO bloodgroup. The distribution of Rh phenotypes in Kirgiz people in Xinjiang is different from that in other ethnic groups. The distribution of Rh phenotypes in these Kirgiz showed unique characteristics.
