镜像疗法治疗肩手综合征所引起疼痛的效果分析
摘要
目的分析镜像疗法治疗脑卒中肩手综合征引起疼痛的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将86例患者分为对照组44例与观察组42例,对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予镜像疗法训练。治疗前、治疗后1周及治疗后3周采用视觉模拟评分量表及简化McGill疼痛问卷进行评估。结果在不同测量时间点观察组视觉模拟评分量表及简化McGill疼痛问卷评分均低于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镜像疗法可改善脑卒中肩手综合征引起的疼痛,有利于患者康复。
