摘要

癥积与现代医学中的肿瘤性疾病密切相关。本文分析了奇经理论在癥积辨治中的应用情况,发现癥积的发生与冲任失调、奇经虚损、外邪留滞等奇经相关因素有关,其治疗与奇经理论相关的治法可概括为通补奇经法、奇经消癥法、奇经正经同调法、丸药缓图法。总结学习奇经理论在癥积辨治中的应用经验,可为中医肿瘤临床实践提供参考。
        Abdominal mass has a close relationship with the neoplastic diseases in modern medicine. The application of the theory of extra meridian in treating concretions-conglomerations of Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation was analyzed in this study. It was found that the occurrence of concretions-conglomerations of Chinese medicine was associated with the extra meridian-related factors such as the disharmony of the thoroughfare and conception vessels,the deficiency and debility of extra meridian and the stagnation of exogenous evil,and its treatment and the theory of extra meridian-related treatment methods could be summarized as the method of unblocking and supplementing the extra meridian, the method of eliminating concretions-conglomerations from extra meridian, the method of regulating both the extra meridian and the main meridian,and the method of taking pills for long-term efficacy. By summarizing and studying the experience of applying the theory of extra meridian in treating concretions-conglomerations of Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation,some reference for treating tumors with Chinese medicine can be provided.
