健康体检人群甲状腺抗体与甲状腺功能的检验成效分析

摘要
目的针对健康体检群体甲状腺抗体水平与其甲状腺功能间关系情况进行分析。方法本次研究以我院在2017年1月至2018年5月进行健康体检者68例为对象,对其甲状腺球蛋白抗体、甲状腺抗过氧化物酶抗体以及游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸等进行测定。结果通过对比可知,在甲状腺抗过氧化物酶抗体总阳性率上,女性显著高于男性,且在其他指标上,女性阳性率同样居高。且存在有甲亢症状患者,在甲状腺球蛋白抗体、抗过氧化物酶抗体等水平上同样居高。结论甲状腺自身抗体水平与甲状腺功能存在有密切关联,在临床治疗过程中需要对该方面内容加以重视,注重对抗体阳性患者的观察。
Objective To analyze relationship between thyroid antibody level and thyroid function of health checkup people. Methods Treat 68 cases health checkup people in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 as research objects, and detect thyroid globulin antibody, thyroid antiperoxidase antibody and free tetraiodothyronine of them. Results Comparison showed, total positive rate of thyroid anti-peroxidase antibody of women was significantly higher than men, and positive rate of other indicators of women were also higher. And patients with hyperthyroidism symptoms have higher levels of thyroglobulin antibody and anti-peroxidase antibody. Conclusion Thyroid autoantibody level is closely related to thyroid function, which should be paid more attention in clinical treatment,including observation of antibody-positive patients.
