门诊健康管理小组在老年哮喘患者自我管理中的作用

摘要
目的:研究门诊健康管理小组在老年哮喘患者自我管理中的作用。方法:选取2017年2月～2018年2月间本院门诊收治的80例老年哮喘患者进行分析,随机分为参照组、管理组,分别采取常规门诊管理、门诊健康管理小组管理,后比较两组老年哮喘患者的自我管理能力、生活质量、情绪状态及满意度。结果:干预后,管理组老年哮喘患者生活质量评分、SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于参照组,自我管理能力、依存性、吸入用药技术掌握度评分显著高于参照组,PEF、FEV1及管理6个月内哮喘发作次数优于参照组,P<0.05。结论:对老年哮喘患者采取门诊健康管理小组管理能有效提升患者的自我管理能力,并改善患者的生活质量、情绪状态及满意度。
Objective: To study the role of outpatient health management team in self-management of elderly asthma patients.Methods: 80 elderly patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and analyzed. They were randomly divided into control group and management group. They were managed by routine outpatient management and outpatient health management group respectively. The self-management ability, quality of life, emotional state and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result: After intervention, the scores of quality of life, SAS and SDS in the management group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of self-management ability, dependence and inhalation medication technology mastery were significantly higher than those in the control group. PEF, FEV1 and the number of asthma attacks within 6 months of management were better than those in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Outpatient health management group management can effectively improve the self-management ability of elderly asthma patients, and improve their quality of life, emotional state and satisfaction.
