瑞舒伐他汀联合银杏蜜环口服液对不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效

摘要
目的:观察瑞舒伐他汀联合银杏蜜环口服液治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2016-01-2017-08在本院就诊的不稳定型心绞痛患者109例,采用随机数表法分为研究组(n=56)和对照组(n=53)。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,研究组给予瑞舒伐他汀+银杏蜜环口服液治疗。对比两组临床效果,记录两组患者治疗前、后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(89.29%vs 73.58%,P<0.05);两组患者TC、TG和LDL-C水平均较治疗前下降,且研究组以上指标较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前下降,且研究组对炎性因子抑制效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不稳定型心绞痛患者给予瑞舒伐他汀联合银杏蜜环口服液治疗,可降低血脂水平,抑制炎性因子表达,不良反应轻,效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin and ginkgo honey ring oral liquid in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Method: 109 cases of unstable angina were selected from January 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital, divided into the study group using a random number table method(n=56) and control group(n=53). The control group was treated with rosuvastatin, and the study group was treated with rosuvastatin the danges of total cholesterol+ginkgo honey ring oral liquid. To compare the clinical effect of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-alpha) and interleukin-6(IL-6), high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP), adverse reaction incidence rate. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 89.29%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.58%, P<0.05). The serum lipid levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the two groups were all decreased, and the above indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP decreased in both groups, and the inhibitory effect of inflammatory cytokines in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05); the difference of adverse reactions in two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of rosuvastatin plus ginkgo honey ring oral liquid for unstable angina pectoris patients can reduce the level of blood lipid and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.
