血气分析仪与干式生化仪电解质测定结果的对比观察

摘要
目的观察比较在电解质测定方面血气分析仪和干式生化仪测定结果的相关性。方法选取2017年1—3月在我院接受住院治疗的100例患者为研究对象,对所有患者分别采集外周动脉血和外周静脉血,动脉血电解质由全自动血气分析仪测定,对采集的静脉血进行处理,分离出的血浆电解质由干式生化仪分析测定,所得到的钠、钾和氯水平由统计学软件SPSS 20.0进行处理分析,对比分析两种不同仪器所测定的数值差异性。结果与血气分析仪测定结果相比,利用干式生化仪所测定结果均明显升高,相同电解质测定结果之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在电解质测定方面血气分析仪和干式生化仪具有一定差异,但呈现正相关性,在紧急情况下,临床上可以以校正后的血气分析仪动脉血电解质测定结果代替无法获得的静脉血检测结果。
        Objective To observe and compare the correlation between the results of blood gas analyzer and dry biochemical analyzer in thedetermination of electrolytes. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients from January to March 2017 were selected as the research object. Peripheral arterial blood and peripheral venous blood were collected for all patients. Arterial blood electrolytes were collected by automatic blood gas analyzer, the plasma electrolytes were detected by dry biochemical analyzer. The level of sodium, potassium and chloride were analyzed by the statistical software SPSS 20.0, the measured value differences between two different instruments was compared. Results Compared with the results of blood gas analyzer, the results detected by dry biochemical analyzer were significantly increased, the same result of the difference between the electrolyte was statistically significant(P﹤0.05). Conclusion The blood gas analyzer and the dry biochemical analyzer have some differences in the determination of electrolytes, but there is a positive correlation between them. In emergency, the venous blood test results can be replaced by corrected blood gas analyzer.
