摘要
目的研究浸渍法提取薏苡仁的最佳工艺。方法根据单因素实验及正交实验设计对所提取工艺进行优化设计,以提取药液的粒度、料液比、时间、温度为主要影响因素,以薏苡仁浸膏量为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交实验优选最佳工艺。结果影响薏苡仁浸膏量最佳工艺的先后次序为:粒度>温度>料液比>作用时间,其中粒度影响最大。结论浸渍法提取薏苡仁浸膏最佳乙醇浓度为70%,最佳工艺为A2B3C2D3,与最初的验证实验结果一致,该实验方法单简合理,结果稳定可靠。
        Objective In order to obtain optimization of soak method of CoixSeed. Methods According to the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment design, the extraction process was optimized. The effect of the particle size,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature of the CoixSeed by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments in alcohol were investigated. Results The decreasing order of importance of the four process conditions affecting CoixSeed extraction was particle size,extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time,especially particle size effect. Conclusion The best extraction of Coix seed extract concentration of 70% alcoholand the best extraction condition was A2 B3 C2 D3, The method is simple and reasonable,and the results are stable and reliable.
