摘要
目的观察二氢槲皮素对心肌缺血模型大鼠血液流变学的影响,从而为临床用药提供理论依据。方法采用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素方法制备心肌缺血大鼠模型,通过肝门静脉取血,测定血液流变学指标,观察二氢槲皮素对心肌缺血损伤模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果与空白组比较,模型组的全血粘度(包括中切和高切)、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、全血还原黏度(包括低切、中切和高切)、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、血沉方程K值及纤维蛋白原均明显升高,红细胞变形指数明显下降,具有统计学意义(P <0.01或P <0.05);与模型组比较,二氢槲皮素各给药组的全血黏度(包括中切和高切)、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、血沉方程K值和纤维蛋白原均明显降低,红细胞变形指数上升,其中,高剂量组和模型组比较具有统计学意义(P <0.01或P <0.05)。结论二氢槲皮素可改善心肌缺血模型大鼠的血液流变学,对心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用。
        Objective To observe the effect of dihydroquercetin on hemorheology in rats with myocardial ischemia, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical drug use. Methods A rat model of myocardial ischemia was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol. Blood was taken from the hepatic portal vein to measure hemorheology. The effects of dihydroquercetin on hemorheology in rats with myocardial ischemia injury were observed. Results Compared with the blank group, the whole blood viscosity(including medium cut and high cut), plasma viscosity, hematocrit, whole blood reduced viscosity(including low cut, medium cut and high cut), erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, K value of ESR equation and fibrinogen were significantly increased, and the erythrocyte deformation index was significantly decreased(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the whole blood viscosity(including medium cut and high cut), whole blood reduced viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, and K value of ESR equation of each dihydroquercetin administration group were significantly decreased, and the red blood cell deformation index increased. Among them, the difference between the high dose group and the model group was significantly different(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion Dihydroquercetin can improve the hemorheology of myocardial ischemia rats and have a protective effect on myocardial ischemia.
