摘要
目的评价护理干预对调强放射治疗乳腺癌患者生活质量及关节功能的影响。方法分析研究对象为收治的乳腺癌患者90例,按照简单随机化原则分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。均接受调强放射治疗,对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用护理干预,比较2组护理实施后对生活质量、关节功能的影响。结果观察组护理后的肩关节、肘关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),物质生活、社会功能、心理功能以及躯体功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),依从率高于对照组(P<0.05),皮肤Ⅲ级不良反应、总不良反应发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调强放射治疗乳腺癌患者后,结合针对性护理干预,可改善患者关节功能以及生活质量,应用效果显著。
        Objective To evaluate the effects of nursing intervention on life quality and joint function of patients with breast cancer after intensity modulated radiation therapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with breast cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study. According to the principle of simple randomization, these patients were divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45).The patients in both groups were treated by intensity-modulated radiation therapy. However the patients in control group received routine nursing, and the patients in observation group were treated by nursing intervention.After bursing intervention, the effects of nursing on life quality and joint function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The functional scores of shoulder and elbow joints in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The material life, social function, psychological function and physical function scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),moreover, the compliance rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the incidence rates of grade Ⅲ adverse reactions and total adverse reactions in skin in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensity-modulated radiation therapy combined with targeted nursing intervention in treatment of breast cancer can improve the joint function and life quality of patients, and the application effects are significant.
