人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床分析

摘要
目的:探析人工全髋关节置换术(THA)治疗股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的临床效果。方法:以2016年6月～2019年2月某院骨外科收治的85例ANFH患者作为观察对象,均行THA术治疗,分析和总结本组临床疗效。结果:本组患者THA均顺利完成,手术时间为(63.4±5.9)min,术中出血量为(358.8±34.5)mL,术后未出现并发症;术后随访3个月、6个月,患肢髋关节Hsrris评分均显著提升,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);末次随访患肢髋关节功能恢复优良率为89.41%,未出现假体移动、异位骨化等并发症。结论:对ANHF患者采取THA治疗,疗效确切,术后患者功能恢复快,远期预后理想,且安全性较高,有着重要临床应用价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty(THA) in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH). Methods: 85 ANFH patients admitted to a hospital from June 2016 to February 2019 were treated with THA. The clinical efficacy of this group was analyzed and summarized. Results: The THA of this group was successfully completed. The operation time was(63.4±5.9) min, and the intraoperative blood loss was(358.8±34.5) ml. There was no postoperative complications. The patients were followed up for 3 months and 6 months. The hip joint Hsrris scores of the affected limbs were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the last follow-up, the rate of excellent and good recovery of hip function was 89.41%, and there were no complications such as prosthesis movement and ectopic ossification. Conclusion: THA treatment for patients with ANHF is effective. The function of patients with postoperative recovery is fast, the long-term prognosis is ideal, and the safety is high. It has important clinical application value.
