摘要

针对传统的供电服务热线话务质检随机抽样方法缺少公平性、均量性的状况,提出一种供电服务热线定量多维组合的抽样方法,通过应用表明:这种供电服务热线话务质检抽样方法改善了供电服务热线话务质检机制的均衡性和公平性,提高了质检质量,降低了供电企业人力资源成本,提高了供电企业的管理效率。
        In view of the lack of fairness and equalization in the traditional random sampling method of telephone quality inspection for power supply service hotlines, a quantitative multi-dimensional combination sampling method for power supply service hotlines is proposed. The application shows that this sampling method improves the balance and fairness of telephone quality inspection mechanism for power supply service hotlines, improves the quality of telephone quality inspection and reduces the power supply. The cost of human resources in enterprises improves the management efficiency of power supply enterprises
