摘要
选取吉林省某地段输电线路上的酒杯型塔作为研究对象,依据第四强度理论求得的Miner应力和疲劳累积损伤理论(材料的S-N曲线),建立了一套完整的输电塔结构疲劳寿命分析方法。该方法不仅重点强调了风荷载对输电塔疲劳现象的影响,还可预计疲劳寿命,得到酒杯塔最易发生疲劳破坏的位置。工程实例的仿真分析结果表明,该方法可准确、高效地预测输电塔结构的疲劳寿命,为今后进一步的工程应用奠定了基础。
Select the wine glass tower on the transmission line in a certain area of Jilin Province as the research object.According to the Miner stress derived from the fourth strength theory and fatigue cumulative damage theory(the SN curve of the material),the complete fatigue life analysis method for transmission tower structures was established.This method not only emphasized the influence of wind load on the fatigue phenomenon of the transmission tower,but also predicted the fatigue service life,and obtained the position where the wine glass tower was most prone to fatigue damage.The simulation analysis of the engineering example showed that the proposed method could accurately and efficiently predict the fatigue life of the transmission tower structure,which laid a foundation for further engineering application in the future.
